December 2007 I tipped the scales at over 16st. After numerous failed gym memberships and diets I had reached my lowest point mentally and physically. This was when I realised that there was no single solution that would help but that I had to change my entire life style. I have found over the years of being involved in the fitness industry that there are very few Personal Trainers who have been in a similair situation that I found myself in 2007. This was the main reason why I became a Personal Trainer where my life experience could help others to meet their goals.
